let me tell you, I’ve tried pretty much everything under the sun to stop my sweating — the worst experience I’ve ever had was giving a seminar and suddenly my whole body started sweating profusely.
The only way to cover it up was to close my jacket — and guess what? That made me even hotter and sweat more.
By now my face, my hands, my entire body was dripping.
The only way out was to give the group an extended group-exercise and run to my hotel room (fortunately, we ran the seminar in the hotel) and use the hair-dryer to dry me off.
Back to the room, quick evaluation of exercise … and repeat the process.
Here are some attempts and outcomes of the things I tried to help me get rid of my excessive sweating problem:
I tried all sorts of different antiperspirants and deodorants (even the magic crystal ones) and applied them to my body multiple times a day… and that didn’t work! Not a single one could cope with whole-body sweating!
I tried wearing more to cover up the sweat (and like I told you above, that made me even hotter), so I tried wearing less … with all the sweat showing, yikes.
Then I tried opening the windows (and telling everyone they’re whimps, what are they complaining about the minus zero temperatures in a seminar…) … but as soon as I moved away from the windows, the sweating started again.
I took showers multiple times a day, and I even washed my underarms during work breaks and used the hairdryer (on cold-setting!) and all it does is give you a quick relief from the symptoms, but doesn’t really do anything about the cause. (and putting on and off your suit and shirt every 30mins ain’t exactly fun either)
Sometimes there was so much sweat, I changed my clothes multiple times during breaks .. obviously this only works if you have identical sets of shirts, otherwise it looks kinda weird… and like the above, this was a real hassle, and it didn’t solve my sweat problem at all.
These are just a few of my attempts at trying to solve my excessive sweating problem. None of these methods actually helped me prevent sweating, not even in the short term, like I said, they tackle the symptoms, but not the cause of the sweating.
After years of frustration, I decided to finally do something about it. I started reading about how people in Asia were using herbal remedies and other natural methods to treat people in their countries, so I set out to seek the same knowledge.
After all, it was a “natural” problem, so surely there must be an all natural solution, right?
And I did find it — even better, someone else had already done all the hard work. Have a look, this stuff can change your life in as little as a week — it sure did change everything for me!
